The Kinetic Oil Purification Plants (KOPP) remove impurities from transformer oil, effectively restoring the properties of the oil to values superior to new oil, at a fraction of the cost.

The KOPPs are available in various configurations and capacities, offering flexibility to quickly and efficiently purify oil to ISO 4402-4406 standards.

How it works?

• Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scale, carbon and oxidation sludge to < 1 micron
• High level moisture extraction
• Degassing and drying of transformer oil under vacuum
• Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformers
• Effectively flush out moisture and particulates trapped within the transformer.
